When creating a form, you'll receive an embed code that can be inserted into the head section of your HTML page.

We offer a variety of plans, including a free option. If you have any pricing inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Some plans include the ability to create multiple forms, which is useful for users who have multiple domains. At this time it's only possible to use one form per website.

ContactForm.Pro delivers the form messages straight to your email inbox. You can respond directly to the email and it will be sent to the visitor's email address.
